Howdy! I have actually been lurking here for the last year or so and finally decided I should officially join. My name is Sean and I have been a fan of anime since the early days, when all we had were bootlegged raw VHS tapes and badly typed scripts to read along with the video. Not surprising most of my favorites are considered "old school" with selections like Gall Force, Robotech, Bubblegum Crisis, original Dirty Pair, Sailor Moon, ect. Course I will watch just about anything :) When I am not watching anime, I run table top RPGs such as D&D and Shadowrun. My games tend to have a slight anime feel to them ... and go on for a great length of time. I just concluded a 9 year run of D&D. Professionally I am computer technician that works in the Columbia NE area. I love working for myself. It allows me to meet so many interesting people. I am also the primary mind behind RoundCon for the last 10 years. :)

Geez.. I could have asked you to come up and replace my hard drive instead of buying a new comp. >_< lol, Welcome.. err.. or I should say, 'bout time you signed up! *GLOMPS* I've never done tabletop RPGs, though I've had friends who have. I'm more of doing it on the computer. Oh! If you ever can make it up to Spartanburg for one of our club meetings, we'd love to have you. It's very comfortable.

Howdy! I could have probably recovered a fair amount of your data from the hard drive as well. On the other hand, New computers are always spiffy! I really need to build myself a new tower but I cannot decide what I want to put in it. Table top RPGs are sort of like cosplaying ... but without the costumes and with dice and rules. Though nothing prevents people from dressing up. <g> What online games/Computer games do you play? I was play World of Warcraft and tried Champions Online. Guild drama drove me from World of Warcraft, but I may pick it back up late October. I also play a number of standard computer and consol games. I will definitely try and make it to one of the next meetings.

Oh, pshhtt.. my hard drive was about to break for sure. Sounded like it was going to blow up. Online games, I stick with the free ones, lol. FlyFF, DOMO, Lunar. The RPGs I was talking of are like the tabletop ones, well, similar, but don't in chat or in forums. ^_^
