Okay, right now we are watching Gantz, Coyote Ragtime Show, and xXxHoLiC as our main things and starting this next meeting, the original uncut Cardcaptor Sakura. Don't mistake this one for the chopped up uber edited Cardcaptors that played here in the US on tv. But that still leaves a lot of time for us. Normally our meetings don't end until the wee hours of the morning! It's almost like a party. So sense we watch only two episdoes each... normally... I've been thinking that we need to add another title to our venue. So I want to hear from you! What is something you'd like to see? Throw a couple of ideas my way and I'll search my resources to see what we have, then we'll do a big vote on it. The vote though will be held on the main forums, http://www.southcarolinaanime.com . Please! If you haven't signed up on the forums yet, do so! Most of the information on meetings and anime talk... all talk really, goes on at the forum boards. I particularly want to hear from the new people coming. If no one speaks up, I will torture with Live Action cheesiness!!!! I swear I'll do it!

OMG!! Not Live Action??!?!??!?!??!?!?!?!?!?!?!?? (well as long as it's not Bishoujo Senshi Sailor Moon...) :P Well, to liven things up, I'll throw out a few suggestions... The Melancholy Of Suzumiya Haruhi Elfen Leid (for those interested in grotesque violence) Hellsing Ultimate (currently the new 2006/7 OVA series is only up to 3 eps) Bokusatsu Tenshi Dokuro Chan (if you want to hate yourself for enjoying anime...this is wrong on many many levels...) Witch Hunter Robin Azumanga Daioh I could go on and on and on. Anyone who's seen my post in the Anime forum should know I have LOTS..... Let's stir things up a bit. I admit to being curious as to what other anime people here consider their favorites, or at least genre's worthy of expanding everyones "view" of anime.

We're watching Gantz... that's a lot of grotesque violence right there. But we've already done Elfen Lied. My favorite? Sailor Moon and Live Action Sailor Moon. <_< Stop looking at me like that. Someone on MySpace suggested The Gokusen.

hmm....Gokusen was a 2 season anime *and* a 2 season Live Action. Both were pretty good.

I say Aoki Densetsu Shoot!, Strawberry Panic, Capeta, Inital D, the Cyber Formula Series. I have plenty more, but I think those should at least be given a try sometime. Oh, and that someone on MySpace I believe showed up to the last meet. At least the two guys mentioned Gokusen to me. BTW, Elfen Lied was a great anime. Very gory though.

I've watched DearS, and Melody of Oblivion. DearS didn't go anywhere, and trust me. You don't want to watch Melody of Oblivion unless you really liked the last two episodes of Evangaleon.

LOL.....ya, Melody Of Oblivion was about as odd.. Dears was ok, but about as deep as a frisbee...
