I had no problem viewing the episode. I said that it wouldn't burn a copy of it. I know. I just said if you need the file from my DVD, to burn, i'd lend it to ya. Not to view, but to burn. Assuming that the DVD's contain the exact same files.

I don't need to burn them. I've seen it. It was for the clubs benefit so that we can watch it as a whole. And I thought you only had the first DVD.

Nope, just heard you were going to buy the first one in some other post and that was it. I don't keep up with people's shopping lists.

The anime only goes through the first 9 volumes of the manga. Currently there are 18 volumes of manga released in Japan, and soon to be 12 here. The anime ending kind of gives you a hint that things are about to turn bad; real bad.....no spoilers from me (unless you really want to know pm me). Anyway, if you are interested you can download the manga scanlations from any number of sites (also pm me if you want the websites; I don't want to break any rules by listing websites scanlating/fansubbing licensed material). Funimation stated at Anime Boston last year (?I think it was there), that they were negotiating with the Japanese anime creators to do the rest of the series. Funimation will of course foot the bill. Problem is, while it's very popular here, it's not that popluar in Japan at this time. We'll just have to wait and see; I would love to see the rest of the series, it becomes quite dark.

Zero0079- 03-23-2006

I wouldn't mind if Funimation got this thing going. It'd be pretty nice, since manga is harder to find here than Anime, so if they do, i'll buy it.

Tsunade-Hime- 03-23-2006

Me too! I really want to see the rest of the series; there's a lot of sick and twisted stuff going on in the world of these characters. It wiould be interesting to see how they go about filming it; very few bright and shiney moments.

Man, that would be such an awesome thing! I just couldn't believe how they let it end like they did. I'll definitely be keeping my fingers crossed. Not sure if I want to buy the manga or get the scanlation. Scanlation is probably more truer to the original, but buying shows support!

Well, yeah, i can't believe it either, but it's not the first time this has happened. One of the bigger dissapointments for me when it came to situations like this was when Berzerk wasn't continued. Heck, i wasn't aware that the Manga continued the Storyline until a year and a half ago. But really, they got to stop cancelling Anime like that. Especially the good ones.

Tsunade-Hime- 03-23-2006

I'm one of those people who just can't wait years to find out what's happening. It drives me crazy; so I've downloaded the all of the scanlations from volume 10 on. I'll still purchase the US release though. Actually, the commercial versions are the more correct translations than the fan groups; they serve the purpose to tie one over until a commercial release becomes available. The problem with many anime such as FB, Berserk, Naruto, IY, Hanadan, Bleach; is that the anime catches up to the manga that is still being released, so they either end the series or do countless filler episodes (STILL at least 6 more weeks of Naruto filler...). Side note: it looks like there will be more Berserk; Media Blasters seems to have negotiated to have more produced. And the manga has started up again in Japan after the artist took over a year off.

BodyOrgan- 03-23-2006

I really wish they wouldn't do filler at all, and simply halt production until the real story can be moved again. Naruto was such a great anime, and now it's crap.

Tsunade-Hime- 03-23-2006

I agree with you Body Organ; they should go on haitus and start up again. The companies are probably afraid that the fans won't come back (or they will loose precious licensing revenue) is why they go on. Ever seen the last episode of Inu Yasha? That was just about as bad as the last 2 Eva episodes..it said to read the manga for the continuing story; what nerve. Just skip the Naruto filler; they are supposed to start the second part (aka time-skip 3 years in future) in May. Trust me it will be worth the wait; the manga is really moving fast, and several revelations have been made in recent weeks. Oops, sorry for going off topic!

YESSSSSSS!!!!!!! Source please. I really need to see this for myself. And as for the revelation are you talking about the Manga, or the Anime (Japanese version) of Naruto?

BodyOrgan- 03-23-2006

I'm currently watching Inuyasha, I'm at episode 102 so far. I'll see how it turns out, but I really do like it. Sorry for going off topic btw. I'll stop here.
