Greetings and Salutations
I am from the Columbia area of South Carolina and have been intreasted in anime for many years now. The first anime I ever saw was Akira. A girlfriend and me rented it for her slumber party and ended up watching it at like 3am and falling asleep, we re rented it and alas had the same results. Finally on our 3rd try we watched the whole thing:) it piqued my intreast enough that I kept catching things here and there. It was not until I moved to South Carolina that I started really getting into it thou. I am lucky enough to be with a guy that likes anime just as much as I do and is just as obsesive as I am at collecting it:) Its been about 8 years now, my anime collection is rather large and I am still buying more every week. Some of my favorites are Gantz, Ys, Kino's Journey, Requim from the Darkness, Azamanga Dioh, Appleseed, Bleach, Marchen, and alot more I can not think of at the moment. Anyway Hello all! -Quickenin

Yes, welcome to the forums. Where abouts in Columbia do you live? I go down there from time to time to see my girlfriend who is attending college there.

*squeals* I love GANTZ!!!!!

BodyOrgan- 03-21-2006

I can't say I've been there, but I'm not for sure. I've been to the mall and around that area ofcourse, the Zoo, Dutch Square area, and lastly the campus/city. Oh, and I used to live in West Columbia and Zesto's ice cream is the best. Might want to try it if you've never been. The food might kill you though.

I have lived in Columbia for 8 years now, lived mostly over near dutch square and st. andrews area, I have been over in the northeast side of town about 3 years. I like Zestos food, but your right there ice cream is wonderful.

BodyOrgan- 03-22-2006

Andromeda- 03-23-2006

o_O Bunny needs a quick geography lesson I think.

high_templar- 03-23-2006

Was wondering bout that myself.

Zero0079- 03-23-2006

I think she meant to Greenville, then onto Columbia. But yeah, that's about 2 and a half hours for most of you. And since Pink rabbit lives further than that, that's going to be one heck of a trip for ya.

Andromeda- 03-23-2006

It looks as if she assumed we were talking about Greenville instead of Columbia. Unless the waterpark thingy is in Columbia and she accidently said Greenville.

Zero0079- 03-23-2006

Maybe. But lets hear what she has to say, i guess.
