Greetings!Ok, so every other "Hi" subject has been used. Trying to go for original here! =)
My name is Heidi. I'm 23. I live in Duncan, which is right near Spartanburg.
I have been into anime since middle school. (Yes, I was one of the Pokemon/Digimon rule people) My love of anime made me really apreciate art. I would sit there in front of the TV and try to draw the characters for hours. (My first drawings... YUCK!) However how bad they were, my friends and family encouraged me to keep at it. I began getting serious about after I moved to SC from CT. What else was there to do?! (The begining of my Jr year of HS). Ever since then, drawing has been my outlet, and I love every second of it. (And it's improved... though not sure by how much... lol) I love artistic animes. Like the prettier, the better. =)

That's all I can think of for now... I'd love to watch new ones though! I'm seriously interested in starting cosplay, but have no sewing abilities to speak of... =) always a time to start learning! I love languages! I took 2 1/2 years of Chinese in college, and one night class of Japanese. (Though my Japanese has MUCH to be desired... I know a few anime phrases!) I really want to go to an Anime Convention... umm... what else is there to put? =)

You'll enjoy the meetings. Everyone there is cool and laid back. I'll not be attending for a while (long story, see other forum post), so you'll have to hold my place for me.
