Hello, I just joined, so I thought I would start here. I live in Spartanburg, im a 18 male anime fan, I just started cosplaying at conventions last year, and I like cosplaying. My favorite anime's are RahXephon, Gantz, Samurai 7, MY-HiME, Gundam Wing, etc. I also like J-pop/J-Rock, and I am glad to be a member here.

Greetings and Salutations! Saw your screenname on the main page and thought \"he must like Raxaphon\" hehehe:) Me and my sweetie just finished watching the series saturday night! I enjoyed it, did not care that much for the movie thou. The movie was intreasting in its own way after having just finished watching the series. Either way welcome! So what sort of cosplay do you do? How long have you been watching anime? do you read manga as well?

Well, so far if I get to go to AWA this September here is what costumes I am bringing. Roy Mustang - FMA Kei Kurono - Gantz Ayato Kamina (Civilian Clothes) - RahXephon I mostly do anime cosplay I have liked anime since 1997 I also read manga as well, I also have the RahXephon Manga :), the .hack//Legend of the Twighlight, and Bleach.

Welcome, glad to see another Rahxephon fan here. Hopefully you won't be disturbed by Adromedas Fangirlish squealing. And don't let her scare you. Her bark is bigger than her bite. :lol:

You better live up to her expectations, and come dressed as Al so you can be shiney. Welcome aboard. Maybe you can even make the July meet up.

Yeah, I am going to try to, even though where I work, you don't know what you are working until Friday and the schedules for the next Sunday through Saturday. If I am not working on the night of the meetup I will be there, if I do work, I will try hard to be at the August meetup and I may not be able to go to the September meetup because of AWA.

I know Bunny and Templar go to AWA. You guys should get together and go as a group.

Well, I would but first I would need to meet them, next I don't have a car so I hope one of them does. Good side is I have a room reserved at the Waverly (the con official hotel) If they can PM me, I would like to have a group to go to AWA with me. ^_^

I'll be at AWA as well. ^^ It's the one con I HAVE to go to every year, especially now since I moved several states away from home and all my friends go. I probably won't be apart of any group around here though, just mainly staying in the Alley selling my stuff or up in my hotel room praying I can get some sleep. XD Always nice to meet fellow cosplayers. I'll be dressed as Soi Fong at AWA and possibly Hinata from Naruto, depending on whether I can get the costume done in time along with everything else. Pleasure to have you on the boards!

Ayato_Kamina205, I should have mentioned it earlier, and you might have even gathered this from the posts on the July meet up thread, but if you have a Nintendo DS, then bring it with you to the meets. We usually start out watching anime first thing, but later we navigate toward other things such as DDR, Guitar Hero, Consoles, and our Nintendo DS's. For the July meet up I'm going to have my party type games on me. Bomberman, and Metroid Prime Pinball just FYI.
