Pardon the cheesy pun of a title. It's not even morning, I shouldn't have written it D: ::ahem:: Hey everyone :D My name's Jessica. I'm 26 and I just moved to Summerville from Canton, Ohio and I miss all my crazy otaku friends. Good to see there's some down here n_n v I've been into anime since Sailormoon first came over here and I've been going to conventions since 2002. I've been to Sugoicon (Cincinnati OH), Ohayocon, Anime Punch, and Matsuricon (Columbus OH), Colossalcon (Cleveland OH), Anime Central (Chicago IL), and Otakon (Baltimore MD). Hoping to add some southern cons to that list :D My husband Adam and I have been helping out at Colossal Con for the past 5 years and hopefully I'll get to go this year in June. We also started an anime club back in Ohio called SPATULA. They meet every other Saturday at the local Panera Bread. They let us congregate in there for 5 hours and watch anime on a projector screen, powered by my husband's computer. Usually a pretty good time :3 Well, enough of my blabbing for now. Well, there's a Summerville in Dorchester County and Richland County. The first one is closer to Charleston and the other is just north of Columbia. hehe Ramen Doodles.. love it. As for cons.. non really that close to our neck of the woods. I'm a replant... been replanted over and over again. Started in NY though.

Welcome! And like several here, I'm a replant as well. Born in L.A., and lived in Charlotte and Sparkleburg. There are quite a few otaku hidden in the woodwork here in South Carolina...just gotta dig to find em. ;)

My wife (born and raised in Melbourne, FL) and I moved here... around july and we got a house in woodruff for next to nothing, so we're here to stay; it's so beautiful up here... and there are SEASONS!
