RoundCon 2008
Roundcon has dropped the anime programing and functions for 2008. RC 2008 will be a gaming only convention. Just wanted to let those that were planning on going for anime know:)

Well, that sucks. Not enough support?

Support was fine. It was space issues (and a few other things) Things just didnt work out this year. The choices if I wanted to keep the anime programing going and expanding were, to bump the dealers room, there by loosing money for the whole con, or to have the anime room reduced to just a hotel suite room, which would not fit the programing well at all. So I opted not to have the anime program this year. Sad choice but over all for the best of the con. I will actually be running, DDR and Guitar Hero, along with a scavenger hunt and a costume contest. All of this is of course not anime related:) but fun none the less. If you are intreasted in seeing the anime programing return to Roundcon you can always email your egarness to see it again to Animeroom at Roundcon.com
