Steampunk!

WOW! You guys look great! SO JEALOUS! i'm still working on my first cosplay costume ever... 0_o It'll go faster once i get my sister to teach me the sewing machine. =D What did you make the accessories out of? (yes, i'm a total newbie to the wonderful world of cosplay!) =P

Oh the accessories are made of all kinds of fun things from Gatorade bottles to cardboard tubes, the plastic off 2 liter coke bottles, trash cans, scrap pvc piping, old airsoft guns, squirt guns, 10g aluminum wire, hemp rope, plastic -*test*-('") tubes and caps, cement molding tubes, and any general junk most people would normally through away. Oh, and lots and LOTS of paint!

I am impressed, I only wish I had the skills to be able to put stuff together like that. Best I have ever done was sewn mine and Bear's Amer Rev War reenactment costumes. But that was all by hand and took over a year.

well for anyone who is interested we will be going to AWA again next year and plan to wear steampunk for at least part of the time if anyone wants to do a group just let me know
