Which anime do you wish they'd do a live action for? Having finishing book 10 of the Fruits Basket GN today, I so wished they had a live action version for it.

I'm down with you there. Fruits Basket would be an excellent choice for a live action.
I'd have to say Tenchi Muyo, but maybe it's just my frustration over taking 15 years to do 21 episodes of a story, and even that representing only a tiny sliver of the actual story. I'm greedy for more. :P

I'd heard about that. Thing is, a lot of movies like that never make it to completion. Other examples include Wes Craven's movie of American McGee's Alice and John Woo's Metroid.
